U-RANG was born out of the inconveniences of traditional camping. We reimagined features from rooftop tents, camping trailers and standard tents to pioneer the development of the first hitch-type air tent. Recognized by the Republic of Korea government and holding 4 patents, U-RANG stands as an innovative startup.
Through 3 years of development and testing, we have incorporated considerations for potential issues in outdoor activities into the product design. Therefore, we're excited to introduce our revolutionary hitch receiver detachable tent through Kickstarter.

In Korean, ‘유랑 (U-Rang)’ means ‘nomad’, signifying the spirit of traveling together. "Rang" signifies ‘together’ or ‘with you’. As such, U-RANG is dedicated to being your outdoor companion, providing a smooth and enjoyable journey for all your adventures.
Hitch-Home focuses on the following 4 aspects for improvement and development:
Main Body Structure: A structure capable of handling loads, with the ability to store the tent and camping gear in a case structure.
Hitch Receiver Mounting Structure: A structure that allows easy solo attachment and detachment, ensuring stability when mounted on vehicles.
Tent: Enhanced convenience in installation through an air tent and air mattress structure, eliminating the inconvenience of pole-type installations.
Versatility: Accessories like fly, shelter, awning, etc., can be docked and connected individually, allowing for various forms, and the structure is suitable for year-round use.
As a new structure that did not exist before, we improved and tested it in a more convenient form through various attempts and design changes. Over the course of 3 years, we obtained 4 patents and received recognition from the Republic of Korea government.
