Returns & Delivery

Returns and refunds are only available for items purchased through “urangcamp.com”.

For items not purchased through “urangcamp.com”, please refer to the exchange and refund policy of the original purchase location.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in new condition, with the packing slip, in original packaging, and with all included accessories.

If the product is damaged due to opening, the return will be voided.

For returns other than cases where you received an item different from your order or a defective product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.

A refund will be issued through the card company used for the order within 10 days after the returned product is confirmed.
