Warranty

URANG provide a 2-year warranty on the product from the date of receipt. The warranty does not cover damages caused by negligence, misuse, or accidents that deviate from the user guide of the product.

For defects that occur during the use of a purchased product, you can receive service through URANG's authorized service centers or dealers. If there is no authorized service center in your area or if the authorized service center cannot assist you, please contact URANG directly.
